Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager required within out of town retail store in the Grantham area. (Salary banding up to ?19,000)

The Candidate for the Assistant Manager/Deputy manager position
The needs of the candidate to succeed are:
?Retail management experience
?Have experience in managing similar sized sq foot stores and teams ? as an assistant manager or duty manager level.
?Retail management experience in a volume retailer (not essential but preferable)
?Be effective in recruiting and performance managing
?Excellent people management skills
?Providing strong customer service
?Good track record in driving sales
?Strong passion for retail
