My client is Britons leading supplier of floor and wall tiles as well as under floor heating. The company is one of the few UK retailers actually turning a profit. With over two hundred and fifty stores currently in the UK they are looking to expand and increase their portfolio of stores in the UK as well as diversifying their operation into Europe which has recently seen 20 new stores open in Holland. One of their pressing vacancies is an Assistant designate manager for their Birmingham store. They are looking for someone with previous experience of managing a retail store. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing teams and experience of working towards KPIs. They are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this will ensure moving forward they not only retain existing customers but also increase the sales turnover of their stores. You must have a great personality, great interpersonal skills and have a real desire to progress with a successful business.
