Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager required within out of town retail store in the Wolverhampton area. (Salary banding up to ?19,000)

The Role of the assistant/deputy manager:
?Assistant Manager of 25,000sq ft store, with a total staff of around 60.
?You will be responsible for directing sales, whilst effectively reducing costs and delivering profits.
?Whilst using your initiative to merchandise products and ensure the floor is commercially focused is essential.
?Looking after the store in the manager's absence is required and an excellent opportunity to utilise your individual skills.
?You will have total autonomy within the store - and will be an excellent and exciting working environment for a manager who wants to develop
